You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. Your return will be rejected if your item(s) do not meet these criteria and you must pay shipping costs of item(s) back to you.
Items not available for return include:
- Sale or clearance items
- Water bottles/shakers
- Gym bags
Due to limited stock and constantly revolving inventory, we cannot offer exchanges. Instead, please initiate a return and select, "Refund to Store Credit." You will receive the full amount back as a gift card, which you can then use to purchase the new item.
Prepaid return labels are available to download once the return request has been authorized. You will be responsible for all shipping costs if you choose to use a different shipping method.
If refunding back to your method of payment (credit card, PayPal etc), all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.
If refunding to store credit:
- For orders over $125, you will receive the full amount back.
- For orders under $125, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.
Once the return request has been authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Our shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.
