We're sorry your purchase didn't work out, but we're here to help.

Exchanges

Due to limited stock and constantly revolving inventory, we cannot offer exchanges.  Instead, please initiate a return and select, "Refund to Store Credit."  You will receive the full amount back as a gift card, which you can then use to purchase the new item.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached.  Your return will be rejected if your item(s) do not meet these criteria and you must pay shipping costs of item(s) back to you.

Items not available for return include:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Water bottles/shakers
  • Gym bags

Shipping (US)

Return shipping labels are provided with all orders. You will be responsible for all shipping and customs fees if you choose to use a different shipping method.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If refunding back to method of payment, our shipping costs will be deducted from the total.  If refunding to store credit, you will receive the full amount back.
